Shelley Douzos – Office Manager Shelly joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates in February of 1993. Her duties include the listing of all new appraisal requests, plus the researching of appraisal assignments including residential, relocation, and commercial properties. Shelly’s most important role involves the management of our office. She is also responsible for the data processing of many of our residential and relocation appraisal reports. Her other responsibilities include reception, the assembly of reports, the mailing of our completed reports, the tracking of assignments, and the filling of these reports. RETURN TO TOP Beth Wohleber – Technology Administration Beth started in Real Estate several years ago working for a local real estate company as an administrative assistant to their real estate agents. She attended Cuyahoga Community College, and recently received her Associates of Arts degree. She plans on returning to college and to minor in real estate. Beth joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates in October of 1997. Her duties include many facets of the appraisal process. She is involved with assembling research for residential, relocation, and commercial properties. She is also involved with the data processing of the reports; assembling and mailing completed reports and filing. Other responsibilities involve the tracking and installation of new appraisal software and keeping on track of online data.
